Responsibilities
Build and own the event P and L, budget, forecast, and weekly cash plan
Manage cash timing across talent deposits, production vendors, marketing, site fees, insurance, and payroll
Own settlement mechanics, track ticketing reports, promoter statements, talent settlements, vendor invoices, and final reconciliation
Partner with Talent on offer economics, deposits, payment schedules, and contract terms that protect cash
Partner with Production on vendor contracting, payment terms, change orders, and cost control
Partner with Partnerships on sponsorship invoicing, collections, and deliverables tied to payment schedules
Build simple controls, approval flows, and reporting cadence, and create a repeatable finance playbook for future cities
Work with external accounting, tax, and legal as needed
Qualification
Required
6 plus years in finance, accounting, FP and A, or tour and event settlement roles, ideally within live events, touring, festivals, venues, or entertainment
Strong grasp of settlement workflows, deposits, cash timing, and cost control
Comfortable negotiating vendor terms and building disciplined payment schedules
High trust operator, detail oriented, calm under pressure, and reliable
Builder mindset, you can create systems from zero and keep them clean
Preferred
Experience with ticketing platforms, promoter settlement statements, and talent settlement templates
Experience with sponsorship invoicing and partner reporting
Experience working across multiple cities or multi day events
