Licensed Property Casualty Account Executive
United Public Adjusters & Appraisers (UPA) is growing, and they are seeking licensed Property & Casualty professionals ready to step into a more impactful role. As a Public Adjuster, you will work for the policyholder, using your insurance expertise to help clients receive fair and accurate settlements.

Responsibilities
Assess and document property damage with precision and accuracy
Analyzes estimates, invoices, and reports to determine proper claim values
Communicate with clients and insurance carriers throughout the claims process
Maintain organized, detailed records while delivering empathetic, high-quality service
Collaborate with senior adjusters to strengthen your technical expertise
Obtain your Public Adjuster license; fully sponsored by UPA
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
2+ years of commercial or personal lines insurance experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills, paired with an empathetic approach to guiding clients through challenging situations
Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills
Client-focused mindset with resilience, adaptability, and follow-through
Preferred
Experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar systems
