Responsibilities
Physically install and configure server racks and mount servers according to provided schematics and layout plans
Connect and manage fiber optic, Ethernet, and power cabling while ensuring clean, organized, and standards-compliant cable routing
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on fiber and copper network connections
Maintain accurate organization and inventory of data center hardware and components
Follow data center safety, security, and operational procedures
Collaborate with network and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment of infrastructure
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician or in a similar role
Strong experience with server rack installation, cabling, and hardware mounting
Proficiency in troubleshooting fiber and copper network connectivity issues
Experience managing and organizing diverse hardware inventory
Ability to work onsite full-time and commute daily to the Santa Clara location
