Perform general maintenance and repairs, painting, grounds upkeep, move outs, and cleaning of the facility
Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance and general duties as needed, painting, grounds upkeep, move outs, and help maintain a clean facility and property grounds
Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly
Help maintain a clean facility and grounds
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of make ready and grounds/porter experience required
Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment
This candidate must be available for emergency calls after hours and on weekends as needed
Must have reliable transportation
