Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end program management for multiple, concurrent initiatives. Drive all stages of the program lifecycle, from planning and resourcing to execution, monitoring, and post-launch analysis
Manage a high-velocity, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. Develop and maintain a clear, shared understanding of program status, risks, and next steps during constant changes
Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with internal and external dependencies. Anticipate and resolve roadblocks by building excellent relationships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Tailor communication to different audiences, from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings
Work with product and engineering leads to anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions. Use data and critical thinking to inform strategic decisions and optimize program outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
Experience with the end-to-end software development life cycle (e.g., build, test, and release)

Preferred

Experience running a program with multiple stakeholders
Experience managing complex programs on high-velocity quality teams
Experience with data analysis
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
