Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end quality of contact and account data: intake, enrichment, normalization, deduplication, and refresh
Define and enforce global data standards across CRM and sales tools
Prevent data decay and regression through automation, rules, and governance
Operate and continuously improve contact-to-account matching across complex account hierarchies
Ensure contacts are correctly aligned to parent/child accounts globally
Monitor and improve ICP and buying-group coverage by segment, region, and motion
Translate ICPs and buyer personas into measurable coverage and data requirements
Identify gaps across decision makers, influencers, and technical buyers
Partner with Sales and Marketing to systematically close coverage gaps in priority accounts
Own configuration and optimization of sales engagement and automation tools (e.g., sequencing, routing, scoring, triggers)
Build automated workflows that:
Improve speed-to-lead
Increase SDR productivity
Enable consistent, scalable outbound execution
Reduce manual effort and friction across the lead-to-opportunity flow
Own enrichment strategy across internal and third-party data sources
Define when and how enrichment occurs to support outbound and ABM motions
Evaluate and optimize the sales and data tool stack to eliminate redundancy and increase ROI
Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure tools and data are fit-for-purpose
Enable teams to use data and automation effectively—not just collect it

Required

5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM Systems
Hands-on ownership of CRM and sales automation tools
Strong understanding of B2B buying groups, outbound motions, and pipeline mechanics
Proven ability to design scalable, automated operating models
Must be eligible to work in Mexico without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

Preferred

Experience with sales engagement, enrichment, and intent platforms
Familiarity with ICP-driven and ABM GTM strategies
Global, multi-region operating experience
