The Triage Associate I will analyze vehicle test data, monitor performance issues, and work closely with team members to ensure effective communication throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Evaluate vehicle test data utilizing a variety of internal tooling and logs, including analyzing detailed charts and signals within an internal software environment
Understand the context of an issue by examining sensor data (lidar, radar, etc.,), visualizations from autonomy toolings (e.g. planned path, lane boundaries, etc.)
Monitor and document the context (what is happening) and identify possible cause (why is it happening, which module is responsible) of a variety of issues
Work in an operational but fast-paced environment emphasizing your attention to detail
Work closely with team members and internal management to identify and escalate problems

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience required
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Strong analytical skills to assess the cause, impact, and severity of issues while following detailed documentation
Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
Excellent communication skills to work with other team members
Willingness to quickly adapt to changes in both processes and tasks
Interest and desire to work in the development of advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS)

Preferred

Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Experience working with ADAS automation testing products
Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience
Experience working in a software/IT, operational or STEM environment
Experience using dashboarding software such as Looker or Superset
