Responsibilities
Architect and design SAP solutions to meet business requirements
Own solution design through implementation to ensure integrity and quality
Work with system integrators to ensure solutions follow SAP best practices
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define and deliver SAP solutions
Determine optimal delivery approaches from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives
Define functional requirements and document configuration rationale and specifications
Validate development estimates and oversee solution delivery
Define and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business intent
Support escalated incidents and recommend appropriate resolution actions when required
Qualification
Required
Residency: MUST be able to travel between the USA and CAN
Minimum 8 years of SAP functional solution design and delivery experience
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO and integration with SD, MM, and PP
Hands-on experience with Product Costing (Material Ledger) and Project Systems (MTO scenarios)
Strong understanding of Acquire to Retire processes and Record to Report integration points
Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications (RICEFW)
Experience coordinating with banks for AR/AP payment automation and EBS processing
Proven ability to design complex SAP solutions supporting unique business processes
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
