Responsibilities

Build the physical infrastructure required to deploy and support databases
Deploy numerous database systems including Oracle, Cassandra, PostGreSQL, MySQL, MemSQL and others
Encourage cross learning and collaboration in the team environment
Manage database activities like configuring database parameters, backups, monitoring and managing users, and assigning privileges
Perform grid and database patching with 12C/19C/23AI versions

Required

Minimum Bachelor degree required
Experience of 3 to 9 years in the database administration
Technical skills include Oracle RAC, Data Guard, OEM, Golden Gate, ASM, Cloud / VM, Engineered Appliance (Exadata), Linux, MySQL, and SQL Server, Cassandra, and Postgres
Experience in Database management including infrastructure architecture, installation, upgrade, maintenance, performance tuning, backup, recovery and other database related activities
Experience in Performing Database activities like Configuring Database Parameters, Configuring Backups, Monitoring and managing Users and assigning privileges
Experience in grid and database patching with 12C/19C/23AI versions
Experience on Oracle /12c/19C/23AI data guard, golden gate technologies and work in production, staging, development environments
