Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for new electronic component products and recommend product development initiatives
Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales teams, answering application questions and providing solutions
Provide technical support to internal teams including sales, marketing, and customer service
Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance
Develop and support marketing strategies that increase sales and market share
Provide training and technical education to internal teams and customers on electronic component applications
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay informed on new products and emerging technologies

Required

5+ years of experience in electronic component product management, applications engineering, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of electronic components including inductors, capacitors, resistors, diodes, and transistors
Experience supporting product development and lifecycle management activities
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multinational teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30–40% for customer visits, supplier meetings, and industry events
This position may require compliance with ITAR export regulations; applicants must be U.S. citizens or have permanent resident status

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related discipline)
