Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and managing an organization's cloud computing strategy

Provisioning infrastructure, monitoring, alerting and logging

Ensuring systems meet business requirements, client standards and industry best practices

Developing cloud adoption plans and overseeing cloud migration

Creating systems for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the cloud system

Translating business needs into robust, scalable cloud solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Experience with CI-CD automation and deployment

Infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IAC)

Excellent knowledge around monitoring, alerting and logging

Knowledge of enterprise cloud solutions, deploying and running solutions in a cloud environment, and private, public, and hybrid clouds

Deep knowledge of Linux fundamentals

Design, development and operations experience with highly available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems
