Responsibilities

Support nationwide logistics initiatives tied to network deployment equipment

Coordinate activities with COMPANY's primary 3PL partner and 46 forward-stocking locations

Participate in WMS-related initiatives to reduce manual work and improve throughput

Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA metrics with 3PL partners

Identify service gaps and support corrective action plans

Assist with root-cause documentation and performance reporting

Support SOX control activities, including documentation and audit readiness

Assist with inventory controls such as cycle counts and reconciliation

Ensure alignment with internal compliance standards

Document current-state processes, SOPs, and workflows

Optimize process flows to support scalability and consistency

Maintain clear, auditable documentation for operations and compliance

Collect and synthesize KPI data into reporting packages

Provide regular status updates and insights to stakeholders

Coordinate across Operations, IT, and external partners
