New Grad, Entry LevelGulf Wind Technology is seeking a skilled Ultrasonic / NDT Technician with experience in composite inspection and phased array ultrasonic testing. This role involves performing inspections in confined spaces, managing large datasets, and ensuring data integrity and documentation while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities
Perform phased array ultrasonic (PAUT) inspections in tight and elevated spaces, including work inside wind tower
Conduct composite material inspections to identify defects, discontinuities, and structural concerns
Accurately collect, manage, and transfer large sets of inspection data using trained and controlled methods
Ensure inspection data integrity, traceability, and proper documentation
Interpret UT data and support reporting in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
Adhere to all safety, quality, and site-specific requirements while working at height
Collaborate with inspection teams, engineers, and project leadership to meet inspection objectives
Travel as necessary both domestic and international
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ultrasonic Testing Level I and/or Level II certification
Demonstrated experience with phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT)
Proven background in composite inspection
Ability to manage and transfer large datasets accurately and securely
Comfortable working in confined spaces and elevated environments (inside towers)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inspection quality
Ability to climb and work at height for extended periods
Ability to work in tight or confined spaces
Willingness to travel as required (80%-90% of the year)
Preferred
Previous relevant experience, preferably in the wind industry, but candidates with translatable experience are encouraged to apply
Familiarity with inspection software and digital data management systems
Experience or knowledge in composites, preferably in the wind industry
