Junior Recruiter
52X Consulting LLC is a specialized recruiting firm focused on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be involved in the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and guiding candidates through the interview process.
Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry
Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, and career goals
Coordinate and participate in internal strategy meetings with senior recruiters
Market and present candidates to clients in a compelling, professional way
Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
Support candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding
Build long-term relationships with candidates and internal team members
Learn the recruiting business from the ground up with hands-on mentorship
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
A results-driven mindset—you enjoy setting goals and hitting them
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Interest in the AEC industry and professional services
Preferred
Prior recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required
