Responsibilities
Develop and implement control logic for programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotic systems, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
Simulate, test, and optimize equipment to enhance system performance and reliability
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team that values teamwork and shared expertise
Apply creativity and innovation to advance and refine automation solutions
Support equipment commissioning at U.S. facilities and oversee system deployment at customer sites throughout North America
Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with programming in an industrial automation environment
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Controls Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in designing control systems for industrial machinery
Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, servo systems, robotics, and automation technologies
Willingness and ability to travel across North America (15%-20%)
Preferred
Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms is considered an asset
