Responsibilities

Experience in prioritizing system outages, projects, and tasks while providing technical assistance and resolution to the team to ensure optimal system performance

Ability to design and implement operational server systems and prototypes according to engineering data and Government requirements

Extensive knowledge of systems principles, protocols, and design to evaluate and gain optimal performance

Collaborate with Network and System Engineers, vendors, and other personnel to identify, define, and solve trending or developmental problems

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems infrastructure

Experience with cloud engineering and migration strategies, and ability to communicate, coordinate, and resolve technical issues with data center engineering on systems that are maintained at each data center location

Required

US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain Public Trust Clearance is required

5+ years of detailed technical experience in supporting COTS/GOTS, similar to the following or related field (within the last 7 years)

Camera Systems/After Action Review/Milestone XProtect AAR system

Enterprise Security System

Facilities & Maintenance System

IT Service Management System (Ivanti)
