Workday Alliances Director
RemyCorporation is seeking a Workday Alliances Leader for a direct hire position. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships within the Workday ecosystem, collaborating with senior leadership and Workday stakeholders to generate pipeline and close opportunities.
Responsibilities
Own and grow the strategic alliance with Workday
Build executive relationships with Workday partner, sales, and services teams
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of Workday-sourced opportunities
Collaborate with Workday account executives on joint pursuits
Execute joint go-to-market and demand-generation initiatives
Position solutions aligned to Workday’s roadmap and customer needs
Forecast pipeline and revenue in Salesforce
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales or alliance experience in enterprise software or consulting
Proven success managing $10M+ pipelines and closing complex deals
Strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and partner model
Experience selling into enterprise accounts across multiple industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment
U.S. work authorization required
