Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment process for non-exempt and warehouse positions in your designated area
Create and execute staffing strategies, including partnerships with local colleges and organizations
Source, engage, and extend offers to potential candidates
Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system
Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person hiring events
Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress to management
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or sourcing
Proven track record in high-volume recruitment settings
Proficiency with various technical platforms (Excel, PowerBI, ATS)
Strong talent sourcing and assessment skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
