Responsibilities
Assigned a daily pipeline of loans
Ensures all loans in assigned pipeline must be disbursed by the disbursement date
For each loan, reaches out to title company to ask for all funding docs required by funding conditions
Reviews all required documents, as compared to document list
Ensures all documents are signed and dated appropriately
Follows up to capture missing docs from title company, Loan Officer, or other internal department
Issues a funding number to title company once all docs received
Enters funding number into system and a funds released date
Uploads funding documents into Encompass
Qualification
Required
Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Funder
Experience with Encompass
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, possessing excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills
Work well in a team-oriented environment managing multiple priorities
Organized individual with excellent decision making, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
