Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain automation test scripts for existing and new features using tools like Postman, REST-assured, and Selenium
Conduct comprehensive QA activities across all project phases, including planning, executing, and tracking testing processes
Perform backend testing through SQL query development and data validation in SQL Server or Oracle databases
Collaborate with project teams to review requirements, derive test strategies, and ensure complete test coverage
Participate in defect tracking, problem-solving, and regression testing within Agile development environments
Set up and maintain test environments, including test data setup and validation of test results
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes

Required

7+ years of experience in automation testing for software products and web/mobile applications
5+ years of developing REST API automation test scripts using tools like Postman with JavaScript, REST-assured, or similar
5+ years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium with programming languages like Java or C#
5+ years analyzing requirements and creating comprehensive test cases
5+ years executing test cases, tracking defects, and performing requirements coverage
5+ years backend testing and SQL query writing experience in SQL Server or Oracle
3+ years in a Senior SQA Automation Analyst or Lead SQA Automation Analyst role
3+ years of Web UI testing experience
3+ years working with Azure DevOps, Quality Center, or Microsoft Test Manager
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Preferred

Additional experience in QA automation with Postman, REST-assured, Selenium, or similar tools
Experience reviewing high-level system designs and deriving effective test strategies
Past involvement in testing batch processes and validating backend data through queries
Knowledge of setting up and maintaining testing environments and test data management
