Responsibilities
Conduct research on laws, regulations, and case law, and help draft memos, summaries, or internal guidance for attorneys
Help organize legal files, support compliance initiatives, track deadlines, and assist with internal legal projects or audits
Assist with reviewing contracts, NDAs, and agreements by flagging key terms, risks, or inconsistencies for the legal team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Political Science, or a related field
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required
Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism
Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program
Must be committed to working a 100-hours to receive full university credit
