Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and reporting products, from requirements definition through delivery and ongoing improvement
Partner closely with data analytics managers, visualization engineers, and fellow product managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable analytics solutions
Drive the design and delivery of dashboards and reporting experiences using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, product creation teams, and supply chain stakeholders to align analytics products with broader business objectives
Lead and support a direct team of approximately four team members, providing direction, prioritization, and clarity on product goals
Ensure strong documentation practices, including product requirements, workflows, and decision logs, to support transparency and continuity
Communicate product vision, progress, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in digital product management, with a demonstrated focus on analytics or data-driven products
Hands-on experience working with BI and analytics platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across functions and levels
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights
Experience creating and maintaining clear, structured product and project documentation
Preferred
Experience supporting product creation and/or supply chain-related initiatives
Background working on analytics products that span multiple business domains
Comfort operating in environments require close collaboration between business teams and technical partners
