Building backend services that power model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
Designing and owning APIs and internal platforms used by engineers and researchers
Implementing async workflows, job scheduling, and queue-based systems
Developing high-throughput, low-latency services for compute-heavy workloads
Working close to distributed compute, GPUs, and cloud infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Strong backend engineering experience with real production ownership
Experience designing and operating distributed systems
Comfort owning services end-to-end from design through production
Strong Python experience or a solid backend language with ability to ramp quickly
Experience working close to infrastructure, cloud platforms, or internal tooling
Startup mindset with high ownership and bias toward execution
Preferred
Exposure to ML platforms, model serving, or data-intensive systems
Experience on platform, infra-adjacent, or developer tooling teams
Familiarity with compute orchestration, schedulers, or GPU workloads
