Build trust-based, long-term relationships with salon owners
Identify and pursue partnerships with:
Luxury rental buildings
Property managers
Small property owners
Manage your own pipeline and territory
Close deals and onboard customers (support provided)
Act as a local ambassador for both brands
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience (B2B, SaaS, services, or relationship sales)
Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
Confident meeting business owners face-to-face
Strong communicator who can explain value simply
Entrepreneurial mindset, this feels like building your own book of business
