This role will play a critical part in shaping and evolving the company’s DevOps capabilities, focusing on designing and operating scalable CI/CD architectures, advancing GitOps practices, and supporting Kubernetes-based platforms within AWS-driven environments.

Responsibilities
Establish and champion modern engineering standards throughout the software lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on automated integration, delivery, and release practices
Partner with both internal teams and third-party collaborators to maximize the effectiveness of DevOps principles and workflows
Enable development teams to operate independently by creating automated, on-demand build and release capabilities that accelerate delivery cycles
Develop and roll out enhancements to how systems are compiled, released, observed, and maintained across operational environments
Contribute to the evolution of build, release, and observability workflows for container-orchestrated platforms, including Kubernetes-based infrastructures
Implement and maintain automated provisioning and configuration solutions across cloud and container platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes in alignment with DevOps practices
Maintain and enhance infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Harness, and Jenkins to create and manage development environments
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of AWS
Deep knowledge of CICD optimization
Deep knowledge of GitOps
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes
Experience in establishing and championing modern engineering standards throughout the software lifecycle
Ability to partner with both internal teams and third-party collaborators to maximize the effectiveness of DevOps principles and workflows
Experience in enabling development teams to operate independently by creating automated, on-demand build and release capabilities
Experience in developing and rolling out enhancements to how systems are compiled, released, observed, and maintained across operational environments
Experience in contributing to the evolution of build, release, and observability workflows for container-orchestrated platforms
Experience in implementing and maintaining automated provisioning and configuration solutions across cloud and container platforms
Experience in maintaining and enhancing infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Harness, and Jenkins
