Responsibilities

Supervises individual(s) typically consisting of support level employees

Provides day-to-day work direction for direct report(s), focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions

Reviews inspection, production schedules and manpower resources

Assigns and manages employees to maximize inspection objectives

Participates in establishing and modifying inspection methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures

Maintains reports, records and inspection documents

Establishes training plans
