New Business Development Associate
Catapult Solutions Group is focused on driving revenue growth in Texas, and they are seeking a New Business Development Lead to generate leads and build relationships in the healthcare sector. The role involves connecting with employers, brokers, and consultants to expand brand awareness and close new business.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities in the Texas market
Present and sell to C-Suite leaders, HR decision makers and broker partners
Sell through a combination of broker, consultants, third-party administrators (TPAs) and employer groups
Develop and deepen relationships with key prospects and industry influencers
Participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand visibility
Identify new opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing market needs, and assessing fit
Close new business to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
Deliver sales presentations independently or as part of a team
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and activity updates through Salesforce
Stay current on industry trends through ongoing learning and professional development
Qualification
Required
3-7+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving or exceeding quota
Strong consultative selling approach
Bachelor's degree required
Self-starter with strong time management, follow-through and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience selling in the employee benefits, healthcare or insurance ecosystem preferred
