License to practice in Pennsylvania or willingness to become admitted in Pennsylvania or West Virginia

Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the bar exam or eligible for admission in Pennsylvania or West Virginia will be considered

Preferred

Asbestos defense experience

Familiarity with the Pennsylvania and West Virginia court system

License to practice in West Virginia
