Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a Spanish Inclusion Intern to join their Human Resources team. The role focuses on making the workplace more accessible for Spanish-speaking coworkers through translation, interpretation, and inclusion support.

Responsibilities

Translate and interpret Spanish ↔ English for HR, safety, training, and daily communication

Support coworkers who need language assistance via email, phone, or in person

Help manage language‑support cases and coordinate with external translation vendors

Assist with inclusion initiatives, New Coworker Orientation, and community partnerships

Update training materials and help identify ways to improve language accessibility

Contribute to reports and project updates

Qualification

Spanish language proficiencyEnglish language proficiencyTranslation toolsOrganizational skillsCollaborationAdaptability

Required

Current student or recent grad in HR, Business, Communications, or similar

Strong Spanish and English skills (written and verbal)

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle sensitive information

Comfortable working with common software; translation tools are a plus
