Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including updating project plans and related materials
Collect, validate, and organize project information from various sources
Support the preparation of status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Facilitate communication between team members and ensure timely dissemination of project updates
Assist in organizing and delivering project-related training sessions
Ensure compliance with project standards and best practices

Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

Preferred

Prior experience in project coordination or project support roles
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
