They are seeking a Senior Director of Privacy and Cybersecurity to manage compliance projects and provide operational support for privacy and security assessments across various industry sectors.

Responsibilities

Strong communications skills

Attention to detail and responsiveness to the Firm’s and our clients’ needs, communications and requests

Experience in compliance as related to multi-jurisdictional privacy and cybersecurity programs

Experience with key privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations, including (but not limited to) CCPA (and other US state privacy laws), GDPR, GLBA, COPPA, HIPAA, FTC Rules, NYDFS Part 500; and

Experience with data breach analysis and reporting requirements, both in the US and internationally

Experience with – GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NYDFS (Doesn’t have to be all but most)

Able to provide the following Complete Risk assessments, Complete Documentation, Deliver Action Plans

3 days on-site in DC or NYC
