Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other companies in the industry, including managing channel partner sales
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote RED Digital Cinema products and services
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the broadcast industry
Experience managing and closing agreements with channel partners
Deep understanding of metrics planning and the ability to analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
Successful track record in generating and closing deals, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
Experience managing a sales team, including setting targets, coaching and developing team members, and evaluating performance, is a plus
Implementation and preparation of sales analyses, support for marketing analysis recording
