Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications
Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues
Collaborate closely with engineers in Japan and North America to drive project success
Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
Prepare and present progress reports, and actively contribute in team discussions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional engineering experience in product development
Hands-on experience with Flutter, Rust, or similar programming languages
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
Preferred
Experience in the automotive industry, such as car navigation, infotainment, or car audio systems
