Vice President of Sales
Employment Enterprises, Inc is supporting an organization specializing in technology modernization for federal agencies. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead growth strategy by driving revenue, expanding client relationships, and building a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive federal sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team
Drive pipeline development and oversee capture strategies for new business opportunities
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Federal Account Managers and Business Development professionals
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within federal agencies
Position the company as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and solution-based conversations
Partner with Delivery, Solution Architects, and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
Monitor federal procurement trends, budget cycles, and competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in federal IT services or consulting sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the federal market
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, GSA, IDIQ, GWAC)
Experience selling solutions in Analytics, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or Engineering
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Established relationships within DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence agencies
