Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on how Generative AI is to be implemented with global legal and compliance requirements
Review product launches with cross-functional teams on launch approvals
Help solve policy, privacy, and security issues
Collaborate with other legal and business teams to scale and uplevel AI/ML legal knowledge
Advise on IP and regulatory matters
Qualification
Required
JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience
3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm
Experience working on AI related matters or products
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located
Preferred
Knowledge of laws in privacy and intellectual property
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
