Gravity IT Resources is seeking an Epic-certified Cogito Manager to lead analytics and reporting efforts during a Cerner to Epic conversion. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical, operational, and research data is accurately migrated, modeled, validated, and delivered through Epic’s analytics stack.

Responsibilities

Lead the Cogito analytics workstream during a Cerner → Epic migration
Assess existing Cerner reporting and analytics assets and map them to Epic Cogito solutions
Oversee Epic Cogito build, configuration, and optimization (Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, SlicerDicer)
Partner with clinical, operational, finance, and IT stakeholders to define reporting requirements
Manage data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure reporting accuracy post-conversion
Support dashboard development, KPI definition, and executive reporting
Coordinate with Epic, third-party vendors, and data teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Provide leadership, guidance, and escalation support to Cogito analysts and reporting teams
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met

Required

Epic Cogito certification (required)
Experience supporting Cerner to Epic conversions or large Epic implementations
Strong knowledge of Epic analytics tools including Clarity and Caboodle
Experience leading analytics teams or workstreams
Ability to translate business and clinical needs into reporting solutions

Preferred

Experience with Radar dashboards and SlicerDicer
Familiarity with research, clinical trials, or population health reporting
Academic medical center or large health system experience
SQL or data warehousing background
