Responsibilities
Partner with Customer Success leads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Conduct project post mortems and document a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Prepare and deliver regular, concise, and impactful project updates to CS leadership
Highlight key achievements, risks, and challenges, along with proposed solutions
Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project status and strategic direction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience at a startup or fast-paced company; ability to move fast and adapt quickly with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Churn Zero, Microsoft Project)
Comfortable engaging with and providing reports and recommendations to executive leadership
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
