Senior Manager, GTM (Go‑to‑Market)
Fortune is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven Senior Manager, GTM (Go‑to‑Market) to join our Integrated Marketing team. This role will focus on supporting the Fortune Sales organization in driving advertising and partnership revenue across all our media platforms, collaborating closely with various teams to coordinate program development and craft innovative proposals.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of GTM strategies and positioning for advertising and brand partnership initiatives. Work closely with the Director, GTM, and cross‑functional teams to coordinate go‑to‑market planning, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, and Editorial
Partner with the Director, GTM, to manage the end‑to‑end pre‑sales process—including RFP responses, custom proposal development, and sales narrative creation. Deliver high‑quality, insight‑driven materials that align with client objectives and drive revenue opportunities
Collaborate on the conceptualization and pitching of creative, insight‑driven marketing programs that align Fortune’s editorial authority with client goals
Use tools such as Ipsos to analyze and interpret audience data to craft compelling sales stories
Work collaboratively across departments to support GTM strategies for new products, event alignments, and ad solutions
Assist with the management and organization of marketing and sales materials across internal systems, including SharePoint and the digital asset management (DAM) platform, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of marketing experience in a media organization or agency, ideally across multiple platforms, digital media and advertising categories
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytics platforms
Ability to translate market insights into actionable go‑to‑market plans
Flexible and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and an ability to thrive in dynamic, cross‑functional environments
Known for clear, concise communication and the ability to develop high‑impact sales materials quickly
Highly organized and process‑oriented, with strong project management skills from ideation to execution
