Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory experiments independently to generate accurate, reliable, and timely data
Evaluate and characterize biologic and synthetic materials using established laboratory techniques
Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in a clear and organized manner
Analyze, summarize, and interpret experimental data with guidance from senior scientists
Collaborate closely with scientists and research associates to support ongoing development projects
Assist with maintaining project documentation and contributing to technical reports

Required

Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific field
At least one year of hands-on laboratory experience through academic or industry settings
Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Scanning Electron Microscopy, or Mechanical Testing Systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping
Ability to learn new techniques quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with biomaterial characterization or biochemical analytical assays
Exposure to tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, or biomaterials research
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of data analysis or statistical concepts
