ECommerce Growth Owner
Lyons Leather Co is a premium leather goods brand focused on craftsmanship and intentional design. The Growth Owner is responsible for profitable growth through paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and growth prioritization, while operating within defined metrics and inventory guidelines.
Responsibilities
Own Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end: strategy, spend, creative testing, and scaling
Launch and manage TikTok Ads as a secondary, off-platform channel
Maintain disciplined CAC targets aligned with contribution margin
Adjust spend dynamically based on inventory levels and sell-through
Define the creative testing roadmap and performance angles
Translate product stories into performance-ready creative briefs
Collaborate closely with the Brand/Content Owner to ensure messaging converts without eroding AOV or brand equity
Identify creative fatigue and performance decay early — and act decisively
Own PDP performance and on-site conversion
Test and refine:
Product page language
Options framing (e.g. strap selection)
Bundles, upsells, and AOV drivers
Balance conversion gains with long-term AOV protection
Own growth reporting across GA4, Meta, and Shopify
Track and interpret:
CAC vs target
Contribution margin
AOV trends
Channel mix
Distinguish signal from noise and make confident decisions without escalation
Operate within the Lyons Leather Co Brand Operating System
Pause spend when metrics or inventory levels dictate
Say 'no' to growth that compromises margin, quality, or brand integrity
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years in DTC growth or performance marketing
Deep experience with Meta and Google Ads, especially for premium or lifestyle products
Hands-on experience testing, editing, and shaping creative
Strong understanding of CAC, contribution margin, and sustainable growth economics
Experience scaling without heavy discount dependency
Comfortable owning outcomes — not just channels
Genuinely interested in using, understanding, and testing our products in real life
