Responsibilities

Receive and review claim intake daily

Liaising with key stakeholders such as insurers, brokers, insured, and retained experts

Undertaking site visits to investigate and assess the cause and circumstances of the claim and the extent of damage

Reviewing, understanding, and advising on policy coverage

Producing written reports identifying the scope of damage

Negotiating agreements with key stakeholders to bring claims to a timely and equitable resolution

Identify and report claim trends, lessons learned, and risk management opportunities to Aviation stakeholders

Other duties as required and as instructed by Branch Manager
