Responsibilities

Own and manage high-spend paid media accounts (typically $50K+/month) across multiple platforms, driving measurable improvements in ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue
Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels as appropriate
Design and execute structured testing frameworks, including creative, audience, bidding, and offer experimentation
Develop clear scaling strategies based on performance thresholds, data signals, and phase-based growth planning
Monitor performance daily, diagnose inefficiencies, and implement rapid iteration cycles to unlock scale
Produce clear, professional reporting and insights that translate performance data into actionable recommendations
Communicate directly with clients in a calm, concise, and client-safe manner, explaining complex concepts without jargon or overwhelm
Operate as an embedded partner within client teams, aligning paid media strategy with broader business goals
Maintain accountability for results, timelines, and decisions while working independently with a contractor mindset

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media at scale
Proven experience personally managing $50K+ in monthly ad spend across at least two major platforms (Meta plus Google, TikTok, or equivalent)
Deeply fluent in cross-platform strategy, not just channel execution, with clear logic for testing, scaling, and optimization
Highly analytical, with the ability to tie campaign performance directly to business outcomes
Exceptionally strong communicator with polished, natural written and verbal English suitable for client-facing environments
Metrics-driven, with documented examples of performance improvements (ROAS, CPA, CVR, revenue growth)
Structured and disciplined in your approach, with strong documentation, reporting, and testing hygiene
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making informed decisions without excessive direction
Contractor-minded and proactive, with reliable availability overlapping EST or CST business hours
Resistant to shortcuts, vague thinking, or 'tool-first' approaches—strategy and execution come first
