#1650 | Nital Etch Inspector - 1st Shift
Noble Aerospace, LLC is seeking a Nital Etch Inspector to process orders of parts through various etching operations. The role involves preparing parts for processing, interpreting results, and reporting on the testing outcomes.

Responsibilities
Rack and prepare parts for processing through the nital etch line
Prepare parts for nital etch processing by abrasive blasting and glass bead cleaning
Interpret accurate results from the nital etch process
Recognize real and false indications and be able to distinguish between
Report results of testing on shop traveler
Package and prepare parts for embrittlement relief following nital etching
Perform other duties as assigned by foreman
Qualification
Required
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language
Ability to follow written instructions, specifications, and procedures
Ability to understand basic drawings and sketches
Pass an annual vision test consisting of ability to read Jaeger #1 at a distance of at least 12 inches
Pass written and practical examinations on an annual basis with a score of at least 80 percent
Have no physical limitations that would interfere with ability to lift, carry, and suspend parts on hooks, racks, and baskets during the processing and examination of parts
Ability to work around hazardous chemicals and loud noises
Knowledge of safety laws and issues
