Build relationships with clients, assess their financial and insurance needs, and recommend products and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
Provide personalized consultations, actively sell and service insurance products, and assist clients with financial planning
Maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proven sales skills and the ability to recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance products
Effective time management, organization, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and with a high level of integrity
State licensing for insurance and financial products (or willingness to obtain licensing upon employment)
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, finance, or insurance is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
