Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access control
Implement and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPO) for security and compliance
Configure and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Intune, Teams)
Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune for compliance and security
Handle email administration and troubleshooting in Exchange Online
Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing schemes
Manage Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
Ensure lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement and disposal
Implement and enforce security policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards
Monitor systems for compliance with Microsoft Secure Score, Intune compliance policies, and Azure security baselines
Conduct regular patch management, vulnerability assessments, and remediation
Ensure adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PPI)
Maintain audit logs and assist with internal/external compliance audits
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated issues across systems and networks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of Proven experience in desktop support and M365 administration
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and desktop management tools
Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
Intermediate level of experience in network concepts and protocols
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus
