Responsibilities
Supporting producers and creative teams with day-to-day production coordination
Assisting with pre-production tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating location scouting, and supporting casting sessions
Helping coordinate production logistics such as transportation, accommodations, catering, and shoot-day needs
Liaising with crew members, vendors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication
Supporting production schedules and helping ensure tasks and deadlines are met
Assisting on set with talent coordination, props, wardrobe, and crew timing
Helping with setup and breakdown of production equipment and materials
Providing general on-set and off-set production support as needed
Assisting with talent releases, permits, insurance documentation, and required paperwork
Supporting talent and client requests related to casting and representation
Organizing and maintaining talent databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
Developing a working understanding of production workflows, talent processes, and applicable regulations
Responding to email inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Supporting internal documentation, organization, and workflow coordination
Helping ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible
Qualification
Required
Entry-level role ideal for someone starting a career in production or talent coordination
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn, take direction, and take initiative
Basic familiarity with production environments or equipment is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license required
In-office attendance is required
Availability for on-location shoots is required
Occasional extended hours may be necessary based on production schedules
