Senior LevelRedSail Technologies is seeking a D365 CE Senior Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized D365 CE solutions using the Power Platform. The role involves creating technical solutions from business requirements, integrating with other systems, maintaining code quality, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities
Design and build customized D365 CE solutions and Power Platform components, including model-driven and canvas apps, workflows, plugins, and custom connectors
Develop and integrate D365 CE solutions with other Microsoft and third-party systems and services using APIs and middleware tools
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural designs and technical specifications, for implementation teams
Write, review, and optimize code, ensuring adherence to best practices for coding, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps Pipelines (or similar) and provide continuous system maintenance and support to resolve issues
Work closely with functional consultants to translate requirements, collaborate with product managers and IT teams, and mentor junior engineers
Leverage Dataverse to create custom data models and build scalable solutions within the D365 and Power Platform ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its associated Power Platform tools
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom development
Experience with Azure services like Azure DevOps, Functions, and Logic Apps, and integrating with Azure AI services is a plus
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and the ability to design and manage data models
Proficiency in SQL and database design principles
Familiarity with REST APIs and other integration tools. Knowledge of SSIS Integrations with D365 (using Kingswaysoft or similar API) is a plus
Experience working in Agile environments is required. Knowledge of using CI/CD pipelines for deployments is a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform is a plus
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
