NEOGOV is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 2 to assist families in applying for Child Care Assistance through their new Customer Portal. The role involves managing applicant information, handling communications, and reviewing applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Accurately entering applicant information into a database or case management system. This includes managing both digital and physical files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible
Handling a large volume of communication, including phone calls and emails, from applicants, about the status of applications
Application Review: review each application and all supporting documents (like pay stubs, school schedules, and tax returns) to ensure they are complete. If something is missing, you'll need to notify the applicant
Ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of all provided documents

Required

One year of experience in administrative services
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Knowledge of Outlook
Knowledge of Excel
