Responsibilities

Lead and scale a consolidated organization of 150+ professionals across web development, creative, and CRO

Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability

Set the strategic vision for how creative and web development integrate to deliver scalable, high quality client outcomes

Partner closely with Paid Media, Earned Media, SaaS, Sales, and Client Services teams to drive retention and growth

Serve as a senior executive voice in company wide strategy, growth planning, and new business efforts

Mentor and develop senior leaders while fostering a collaborative, high performance culture

Integrate previously separate teams into a unified organization with shared goals, workflows, and standards

Ensure delivery excellence across enterprise and SMB clients using data driven performance metrics

Act as a senior point of contact for key client relationships, engaging directly with C level stakeholders

Represent creative and technical capabilities in strategic client and new business presentations
