Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities
Conduct needs assessments and present customized payroll & HR solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Deliver professional proposals and presentations
Attend networking events to build referral partnerships
Follow Tesseon's proven sales methodology to drive results

Qualification

Required

Proven success in a competitive sales environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, high-energy, and goal-oriented ('hunter' mentality)
Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
Confidence with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management skills

Preferred

Payroll, HR, or HCM sales experience
Experience with providers such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, or similar
